- Emerald Care OBJET350 two-year (2) Service Contract from Stratasys Inc., to provide maintenance, service, and parts for the SED owned Stratasys Objet 350 Connex 3 PolyJet (3D) Printer. The service contract provides phone support, on-site service visits within three (3) business days, preventative maintenance visit, replacement of all defective or worn machine parts, hardware and software updates, and discounted printer heads and training The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal intends to issue an award to Stratasys Inc. on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements",for the service/maintenance of the OBJET 350 Connex 3 PolyJet (3D) Printer (2) year support. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Stratasys Inc.. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Le Roy Stokes via email at leroy.j.stokes.civ@mail.mil no later than 14 August 2017 at 5:00 PM (CST).
