- Performance Work Statement for AF COOL Purchase Agents THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT IAW FAR 15.201(e). A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Government is seeking sources that are capable of supporting the Air Force's efforts to incorporate civilian credentialing opportunities for Airmen in their personal and professional development. The goal of these initiatives is to enable the Air Force's enlisted Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Reserve personnel to be better trained, educated, and motivated to perform the critical tasks of the 21st century Air Force and also assist in preparation of transition to the civilian workforce. This Sources Sought is prepared for planning purposes only and is not restricted to small business. If the Government decides to pursue a RFP, portions of your RFI response may be incorporated into the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Therefore, the Government is requesting that interested concerns with backgrounds in exam credentialing support, in accordance with the attached PWS, furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc. under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611710 which contains a size standard $15 million. (3) Provide white paper outlining company's capabilities and any experience, not to exceed 10 pages, doubled-spa ced, Times New Roman, 12 font. E-mail responses to this request for information are preferred, and should be sent to 42CONS.LGCB.Orgmail@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing and forwarded to the aforementioned point of contact. All information requested must be submitted with any questions. The due date and time for all responses and questions to this synopsis is 4:00 pm Central Standard Time on 7 September 2017.
