- Sole Source Justification OFFADD>USDA, ARS, ERRC, Administrative Office; 600 East Mermaid Lane; Wyndmoor, PA 19038 SUBJECT-66-CO2 GAS SENSORS FOR EXISTING FERMENTORS <SOLNBR>AG-3JL0-SS-17-0015 <ISSUEDATE>08-11-2017 <RESPDATE>08-18-2017 <CONTACT>Point of Contact, Regina Dennis, Contract Specialist, (215)233-6553 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), ERRC, Sustainable Biofuels & Co-Products (SBCP) Research Unit in Wyndmoor, PA, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Applikon Biotechnology in Foster City, CA on a sole source basis, to furnish and deliver (FOB) Destination (1) CO2 Gas Sensors for Existing Fermentors with Accompanying Components which includes Bluesens Mushroom Type Gas Sensor ZZ-MISC (3 pcs); Bacvis Single Software on USB Flash Drive ZC5BL00009 (3 pcs); Flow Adapter for Gas Flow Sensor w/GL45 Screw Cap, 6mm Hose ID ZC073POM01 (3 pcs); ADDA Module Z310114010 (3 pcs); Bluesens Cable Assembly for EXT ADDA VHL4080031 (3 pcs); Installation-Bluesens CO2 Sensors & ADDA Modules (2 pcs) to the Eastern Regional Research Center in Wyndmoor, PA. This will be a firm fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 (current as of FAC 2005-94 & 95). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS is 334516. The Solicitation number is AG-3JL0-SS-17-0015 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is not a request for proposal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE
