- Statement of Work The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor's Global Programming Office (DRL/GP) anticipates awarding one contract for a project to support the development and management of Strategic Communications for the multi-donor Global Equality Fund (GEF). DRL/GP seeks support to manage external relations for the GEF, including overall Strategic Communications and Donor Stewardship. Strategic Communications: • Develop and disseminate GEF outreach materials • Coordinate appropriate public GEF engagement, including conferences and strategic speaking engagements • Coordinate GEF learning agenda, including corporate engagement • Review draft findings from the evaluation of the performance of the GEF to strengthen the overall accountability process • Implement current strategic framework and performance indicators • Create a yearly report based on the framework Donor Stewardship: • Maintain a strong and committed Steering Committee and arrange quarterly meetings • Create clear guidelines for the Corporate Council Committee and coordinate semi-annual committee meetings • Develop donor and partner calendars • Coordinate quarterly GEF partner meetings
