- Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Refuse Collection. This Request for Information (RFI) requests vendors provide their ability to fulfill a Refuse Collection Services requirement at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) located in McAlester, OK. This RFI is in support of market research performed by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island to determine interest and capability to provide the services described in this RFI and Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is for informational purposes only and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information request. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information. This requirement includes a base year and four option years (one year each). The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $38.5M and the services are required to be in accordance with the PWS (separately attached).
