Description
FY17 MANAGE ENGINE REQUIREMENTS The Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS) requires Manage Engine. Period of Performance is 9/30/17 through 9/29/18 for the Base year and 9/30/2018 through 9/29/2019 for Option year one. Manage Engine Applications Manager is a server and application performance monitoring software that helps PBS-ITS ensure high availability and performance for their PBS business applications by ensuring servers and applications have high uptime. The application performance management capability includes server monitoring, application server monitoring, database monitoring, web services monitoring, virtualization monitoring, cloud monitoring and an array of other application-specific management capabilities that will help PBS-ITS administrators manage their resources effectively. The additional licenses have been added to provide all Technical Operations team members with administrative access to the monitoring systems. This renewal also provides for a limited set of Building and Energy Systems (B&ES) managers with access to the subset of servers that they need to monitor as a cost-saving alternative to procuring a completely different tool set to monitor their systems These application specific monitors include: - Oracle, SQL, Database Query -.Net, Oracle Application Server, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere - IIS, Apache, Website Monitoring This is a Brand Name requirement for ManageEngine Applications Manager. Quoters shall submit documentation showing that they are authorized resellers of the requested items or manufacturer of proposed brand. This procurement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price award based to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. One option year will be included. Base year and option year prices shall be quoted as a firm-fixed price. See Requirements document attached.
