- W912JD-17-Q-0005 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information including in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912JD-17-Q-0005 and issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20161222. The North American Industry Classification System Code is: 336214; Size standard is 1,000. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal, the offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein. Questions shall be submitted no later then August 11, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Offers shall be submitted as a single electronic package to daniel.s.bibeau.mil@mail.mil no later then August 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST. The offfer must be complete, self-sufficient, and resond directly to the requirements of the solicitation. The responses shall consist of four (4) separate parts; Bid Schecdule, Delivery Schedule, Technical information and FAR 52.212-3 Alt l - Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial items. Offerers shall be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 and 52.212-2. BID SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES: CLIN 0001 - EA UTV Trailer in accordance with Attachments 1&2 UNIT PRICE: ___________ DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 30 days A.R.O. F.O.B - Destination. If Offeror is not able to meet this schedule, the Offeror shall propose an alternate delivery schedule the offeror can meet. Shipment shall be to the following address: 11 WMD-CST 194 Winthrop Street BLDG 14, Camp Keyes Augusta, ME 04333 TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Interested parties shall include the Manufacturers Technical Data with their offer. The technical data must clearly demonstrate the product offered meets the minimum specifications identified in the Statement of Work. Offerors of products without the required technical data shall be considered non-responsive.
