This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) intends to award a best value, firm fixed-price supply contract to the lowest-priced offeror that meets the Salient Characteristics for the Red Camera Scarlet-W V-Lock I/O Package. This combined synopsis solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. NAICS code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 Employees.
