Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 (b)(2) to acquire a Firm Fixed priced Contract to provide Janitorial Services for APHIS/PPQ/PDC offices located at 69 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 100, (Building 1), Frederick, MD and 67 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite A2, (Building 2). For a Base period of 12 months and (4) 12 month option periods. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. Under FAR 6.302-5 (b) (2) Full and open competition need not be provided for when contracting with Qualified Nonprofit Agencies for the Blind or other Severely Disabled-41 U.S.C. 46-48c No other solicitation will be issued and no response will be made to letters or telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR 5.101(a) (1).
