FA8125-17-R-0021 Carestream Radiography solicitation ********************************************* The government intends to award a five (5) year (Base with four Option years) FFP contract for the extended service agreement provided for four (4) Carestream CR Reader systems currently in use at Tinker AFB. The successful offeror must submit a completed SF1449 form or equivalent. Submit all representations and certifications not available online (SAM) and all documentation and information as detailed in the solicitation provision 52.212-2. Solicitation response due date and time is 28 August 2017 at 2:00PM CDST. This requirement is now available for bid. SF 1449 solicitation has been posted. *********************************************
