- Building 144, Install Permanent Fall Restraint System in Overhead. The work includes augmentation and repair to attic fall protection and main facility high bay lighting and incidental related work. Procurement Method: Sealed Bidding The NAICS code for this procurement is 236210 and the annual size standard is $36,500,000.00. The contract term will be 365 calendar days after contract award. Bidders can view and/or download the invitation for bid and any attachments at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. Solicitation will be available on or after 29 August 2017. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept bids from small business concerns. Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond of 20% of the bid price.
