There are no further changes for this Amendment No. 0002. ******************* AMENDMENT NO. 0001 ATTACHED ************* Site Visit is changed to Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 9:00am (Central Time) There are no further changes for Amendment No. 0001. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Facility Services Branch, AAQ-580 has a new requirement for Janitorial Services at the Meridian Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Work Center, Meridian, Mississippi and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First Tier: 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third Tier: Small Businesses; and Fourth Tier: Large Businesses as described in Part IV “ Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA ™s criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $18 Million. A description of submittal requirements and evaluation factors can be found in Sections œL and œM of the solicitation. Please ensure that you read these sections completely and submit all required documents. Failure to do so can result in your proposal submission being deemed nonresponsive. To be considered for award of this requirement, all offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov Place of Performance: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Work Center 2811 Highway 11 Meridian, Mississippi 39307 Performance Period: October 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018 (Base Year), with four (4) one-year options. Site Visit: August 8, 2017 @ 9:00 AM (CT) at the FAA, Meridian Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Work Center, 2811 Highway 11, Meridian, Mississippi 39307. Contact Tracie B.
