- THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for construction supplies for Division of Transportation, in Fort Defiance, Arizona. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A17PS01216, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is for a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards $36.5. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidental necessary to deliver asphalt material to be delivered to Building 40, Blue Canyon Rd, Fort Defiance, AZ. Delivery shall be made between Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (DST) The Government intends to award a single purchase order Submit your quote as follows HIGHWAY PAINT PER ADOT SPECS: 1.White ADOT Spec Paint 55 Gallon Drum, 3 each x $ _________ each = $_________ 2.Yellow ADOT Spec Paint 55 Gallon Drum, 2 each x $ _________ each = $_________ 3.AC 110 Glass Beads 50 LBS Bags, 30 each x $ _________ each = $_________ 4.Delivery 1 ls $______ 5.Applicable Taxes 1 ls $______ TOTAL $______________ Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the lowest price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
