Description

This is a sources sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 employees. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for various minimally invasive orthopedic, CMP Products and surgical implants for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington, Bassett Army Community Hospital, Alaska and Brian Allgood Community Hospital / US Army Garrison Camp Humphreys, Korea. The period of performance is on or about 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2022. Interested parties shall reply to the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific via email to Susan Fujita at susan.m.fujita.civ@mail.mil. Replies shall include a current price list for the items offered along with the company's capability statement describing the products and ability to provide the items indicated. Telephone responses will not be honored.
