- Brand Name J&A for Relays Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) 14 August 2017 Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, 766 SCONS, 560 Central Ave Bldg 287 JBPHH, HI 96860-4961, United States Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number F2CGF07129A002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 and 2005-95 as of 19 January 2017, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-0127. This acquisition is a small business set aside in regard to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 335314, Relays for Power Plant ; the small business size standard is 750 employees. This RFQ contains two (2) line items on a firm fixed price basis. The line items are as follows: CLIN DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE Quantity Unit Cost Total Cost 0001 General Electric Main Relays part # 12HFA151A9F 21 EA $ $ 0002 General Electric Auxiliary Relays part # 12HGA111J2 50 EA $ $ 0003 Power Vac Compact Lift Truck, Part# 144D2912G1 or EQUAL 1 EA $ $ Total Cost ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS When bidding on this requirement please include the make, model, and salient characteristics of the above proposed item, do a price breakdown for the above mentioned CLINs, and include the information below: Cage Code: DUNS No: TIN: Payment Terms: Delivery Date (Including Lead Time): Date offer expires (Must be good through 30 Sept 2017): The delivery location is: Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station Building 19 Waianae, HI 96792 Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. The FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda to the following paragraphs of 52.212-1 are: •(a) All quotes are due on or before 4:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST), Wed, 30 August 2017. Submission is made via email to the Contracting Specialist, Ms. Julie Fugate at julie.fugate@us.af.mil AND to the Contracting Officer, TSgt Mark A. Barber at mark.barber.2@us.af.mil Quotes must reference the solicitation number F2CGF07129A002. System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors must be registered in the SAM database to receive a contract award. If the offeror is not registered in the SAM database, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. In addition 52.212-2 (a), Evaluation - Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Government. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is able to satisfy the Government's requirements.
