Description

Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to PROAIM Americas, LLC. for the Dyonics DII Controller and accessories for use at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 12300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Dyonics DII Controller and accessories. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Dyonics DII Controller and accessories may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 8:00 am e.s.t. on August 17, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. Responses received from responsible sources by 8:00 am e.s.t. on August 17, 2017 will be considered by the Government.
