- Follow on questions and responses have been added to this file. All technical questions must be submitted to me no later than June 28, 2017 at 5:00pm EST. A Request for Technical Evaluation (RTE) for all questions will be submitted to the appropriate department at that time. When the reponses to the questions are received, they will be posted to this solicitation. The solicitation will be extended to August 21, 2017 at 5:00pm EST. The questions and answers will be posted as soon as possible. The responses to the technical questions have been received but a few issues still need to be verified before posting. 8/8/2017: Please see the attachment labeled Responses to Questions to review vendors technical questions and the technical department's responses to those questions. 8/15/2017: The attachment labeled Responses to Questions has been amended. 8/15/2017: The solicitation has been extended to August 21, 2017 at 5:00pm EST.
