- J & A The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC., Rockville, MD. 20850. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Cat. #S51XA-1, Sector PR2 Preventative Maintenance Service for the Sector PR2 with S/N's 1800080331C38 and 18000804220106. - 2.0 EA.; 2. Cat. #W81XX-1, Sector PR2 Model Total Service Package for the Sector PR2 Model with serial number 1800080331C38, currently on Site at Naval Medical Research Center, NMRC in Ft. Detirc, MD This instrument is no longer covered by service package. Therefore, this Sector PR2 Total Service Package will commence upon the date the instrument passess a pre-contract inspection - 1.0 Yr. 3. Cat.#S51XC-1, Sector PR2 Pre-Contract Inspection for inspection of the Sector PR2, Serial number 1800080331C38, prior to commencement of the Total Service Package, currently on site at NMRC in Ft. Detrick, MD. The customer is responsible for the cost of any parts and/or repairs required prior to commencement of service. - 1.0 EA. 4. Cat #W81XX-1, Sector PR2 Model 1800 Total Service Package for the Sector PR2 with serial number 18000804220106, currently on site at Naval Medical Research Center, NMRC in Ft. Detrick, MD. This instrument is no longer covered by service package. Therefor, this Sector PR2 Total Service Package will commence upon the instrument passes a pre-contract inspection - 1.0 Yr 5. Cat #S51XC-1, Sector PR2 Pre-Contract Inspection. For inspection of the Sector PR2, serial number 18000804220106, prior to commencement of the Total Service Package. currently on site at NMRC in Ft. Detrick, MD. The customer is responsible for he cost of any parts and/or repairs required prior to commencement of service - 1.0 EA. The NAICS code for this action is 811219. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
