- RFI Questionnaire Statement of Requirements RFI Announcement REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY The United States Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is hereby releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information regarding sources capable of providing the requirements identified in the attached draft Statement of Requirements (SOR). Companies are encouraged to respond to this request if they are interested in receiving the Request for Quote (RFQ) for the requirement described in the SOR, and shall complete the attached RFI Questionnaire. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). No quotes will be accepted at this time. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this announcement. This is a new requirement, and there is no incumbent. The information resulting from this RFI will assist the Government in finalizing its overall acquisition strategy. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Estimated RFP opening date is undetermined at this time. All timely responses will be considered. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Extraneous materials (brochures, manuals, etc.) will not be considered. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested firms. Interested vendors may submit questions via email up to the closing date and time of this announcement. The Government will not provide responses to any questions submitted. However, questions submitted may be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the requirements documents. Questions are encouraged. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by email not later than the closing date and listed on the announcement.
