Hoteling Stations, Locker and Chairs Sioux Falls VA Regional Office Sioux Falls, SD 15 August 2017 Purpose The purpose of this Delivery Order is to purchase a 3 station hoteling system - 6 workstations along with 4 hoteling stations side by side and 2 hoteling stations side by side (12 workstations in total), locker storage cabinet with 12 spots to include electronic keyless entry and 12 chairs for Room 141 at the Sioux Falls VA Regional Office, 2501 W 22nd St, Building 38, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Scope of Work The service can be completed during normal business hours (8:00am-4:30pm). Services required are: Demo two existing 8 x 6 cubicles and discard of the two cubicles. (Dumpster not available) Install hoteling station systems and chairs. Please see additional attachments called Hoteling Stations for detail of parts needed and Hoteling Station Layout for the layout of the workstations. Photo of product is required. Type of Contract Firm-fixed price contract.
