Description

Remove and Replace pages 2 & 3 of the Request for Quotation document and replace them with these revised pages. Sign and Return this Amendment 0001 form with your quote. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to add BID OPTION 3 and provide the gauge of pipe for Base Bid Item 602(01)C: BID OPTION 3: Reshape roadway to facilitate water drainage into a constructed ditch near the beginning of the project. Work shall include, but not be limited to adding borrow material, adding surface aggregate, wing ditch construction and other necessary work to minimize water crossing over the driving surface of the travelled way. Work shall be as directed by the Engineer. The required gauge for Base Bid Item 602(01)C 35"x24" arch pipe shall be 14 gauge. REMOVE AND REPLACE Pages 2 and 3 of the Request for Quotation document and replace them with the revised pages provided with this Amendment. Due date for quotes is extended to: August 25, 2017 at 2:00 pm Eastern.
