This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-17-Q-B202 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as an RFQ in accordance with FAR PART 13. FA2521-17-Q-B202 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 16 and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 17. This is a competitive set aside 100% HUBZone. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors) with a size standard of $14M. 45 CES/CEZL, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, (CCAFS) FL requires a contract for the services of the following items: CLIN 0001 Qty 1 Ea. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to demolish the Melbourne Beach Tracking Annex. Project includes demolition of elevated asphalt platform to include approx. 644yd^2 of asphalt driveway, 27 cy of concrete Footers, excavate 1,667 cy of compact material, grade and sod disturbed areas, restore to original condition. FAR Provision 52.209-11 - Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (Feb 2016).
