Description

VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for elevator maintenance and repairs for Marion and Fort Wayne Campuses. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform elevator maintenance and repairs. Request for Quote (VA-250-17-Q-0916) will be issued on or before 8/16/2017.   Anticipated award date is October 1, 2017 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.   The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.   Questions must be submitted in writing to the Administrative Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: toni.walker@va.gov no later than 8/24/2017. Offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid walk through on August 22, 2017. No individual notification of amendments will be provided.   Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document.   This is 100% set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business.   The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310.   The size standard is $7.5 million.
