Description

Justification Review Document FAR 8.405-6 Limited Sources Justification under the General Services Administration Federal Supply Program This GSA order W15P7T-17-F-0003 was issued on a firm fixed price basis to acquire night vision device configurations consisting of commercial off the shelf components, primarily for the acquistion and processing of digiatl imagery (photographic and video) in support of Tactival Digital Media (TDM)/PM Mission Command. Title lll of the Federal Propoerty and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41U.S.C. 251, et. Seq) and Title 40 U.S.C 501, Services of Executive Agencies, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 and substaniated by the fillowing: FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). Brand name specification may be used if the particular brand name, product, or feature is essentail to the Governement's requirements, and market research indicates other companies similiar products, or products lacking the particular feature, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet the agency's needs.
