Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Sebia for Immunofixation/Electrophoresis cost per reportable testing for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. and Edward J. Hines Jr VA Hospital, Hines, IL. Manufacturer of the reagents, instrumentation, and associated equipment is Sebia. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
