QUESTIONS FROM WALK THRU # 2 Can you clarify if there is to be a housekeeping pad under the new compressor? Give 2 options. A 6 steel structure separate from the compressor skid -designed by either company that is supplying the Compressor to fit to the Compressor Pre-packaged skid or designed separately by CNM or another service company to fit the Compressor Skid which is to be mounted to the Concrete floor and to be used as a housekeeping pad. A 6 concrete Housekeeping pad. Is this a Davis Bacon Waged Project? I believe it has to be yes since we are on government property. Requiring Qualified and Certified Installation Medical Gas installers and Electricians.  So the answer would be yes prevailing wage applies. Is there a specific type of Model Compressor that the basis of design is based upon? Duplex pre-packaged Medical air Skid units, pick from multiple vendors however market research has been on:  Patton Medical Units. 10-15 HP& 200-240 gal receiver 208vac 3 phase units.
