Description: **************** AMENDMENT NO. 0001 ******************* 1. Questions and Answers are attached. There are no further changes for this Amendment No. 0001. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Facility Services Branch, AAQ-580 has a new requirement for Janitorial Services, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building and TRACON, West Palm Beach, Florida and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Frequency Schedule. This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First Tier: 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third Tier: Small Businesses; and Fourth Tier: Large Businesses as described in Part IV “ Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA ™s criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Services A description of submittal requirements and evaluation factors can be found in Sections œL and œM of the solicitation. To be considered for award of this requirement, all offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov Places of Performance: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building & TRACON 3550 Belvedere Road West Palm Beach, Florida 33406 Performance Period: October 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018 (Base Year), with four (4) one-year options.
