Description

Complete and return SF18 The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Dubois ID has a requirement for #2 yellow whole corn that has been harvested in 2016 or 2017 growing season only: Com shall be free of insects and insect damage. Com shall contain minimal dust and cracking of kernels. Unloading of com shall be done by using bottom dump hoppers (no lifting required). Unloading time is estimated between 0.5 and I hour per truckload. A minimum of72 hours notice is necessary for delivery of com. Delivery can begin August 29, 2017 and must be completed by Sept. 28, 2017. Delivery Hours shall be: 7:00 am- 2:30 pm. No Deliveries after 2:30 PM. Monday - Thursday No Deliveries on Fridays 01 132 tons of corn delivered to the Mud Lake Feedlot, located 2 miles west of Mud Lake, Idaho on Highway 33. 02 150 tons of com delivered to the Headquarters facility, located 4 miles north of Dubois, ID and 1.5 miles east, on Interstate 15 at Exit 172. Quantity variance shall be no greater than 10% of tonnage at each location. Sam Registration Required Duns #________________ Gov. T/C apply per attached Full and open Competition no set aside
