All responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by response date, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted via email to the procurement specialist Alex Naval at alexander.naval@navy.mil no later than 11:59 pm PST on the response date noted above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
