- SYNOPSIS: The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) has a requirement to REPLACE 75kVA Street Light Transformer, parking lot 18 at the VAGLAHCS located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90073. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. A certified and registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Contractor shall provide all equipment, expertise, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, services, specialized equipment, supervision, tools, and transportation necessary to remove existing and install new transformer (4160/208/210-volts) as required by the RFQ solicitation request and statement of work. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on/about August 16, 2017 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will search for solicitation VA262-17-Q-1717 to access solicitation documents and any issued amendments. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. Only electronic email quotes will be accepted. Only one (1) organized Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk / Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10:00AM Pacific local with interested participants meeting at Building 46, electrical DPT (located off Eisenhower Avenue and Bonsall Avenue heading toward 450 Fwy) located on the North portion (as delineated by Wilshire Blvd) of the VA West / Greater LA campus. NAICS: 238210; Small Business Size Standard: $15 Million; Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract Performance Period will be forty-five (45) Calendar Days from receipt of purchase order contract award / notice to proceed (NTP) issuance. Bidders must be registered, certified and current with the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), Center for Verification Excellence (CVE), and Vendor Information Portal (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) at the time of quote submission. The single source of entry for all outgoing documentation / information pertaining to this acquisition will be http://www.fbo.gov. Telephone, email, and fax requests for a solicitation package / information will not be accepted. All interested bidders (prime contractors & subcontractors) can register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement.
