Description

Contractor will provide a cost per test lease agreement for Automated Urinalysis Testing that integrates urine chemistry and microscopy, for the Charlie Norwood VAMC, Augusta, GA. The period of performance is October 1, 2017 September 30, 2018 and four option years at the government s discretion. This lease shall include equipment, service and consumables (all reagents, supplies, controls and calibrators necessary to operate the system. The estimated volume of a minimum of 3000 tests per month. The contractor must offer the unique technology for Automated Intelligent Microscopy, Particle Classification Capability, Body Fluid Exam Capability, Archival Capability, Retrieval for proficiency review. It shall meet all accreditation standards set by College of American Pathologists (CAP), Joint Commission Accreditation Health Organization (JCAHO), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The system must be functional to be a walk away unit not requiring on-station technologist load and review.
