- This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation. Solicitation P17PS01858 consists of construction services to be performed at Saint Gaudens National Historic Site, Cornish, New Hampshire. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation services and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of two (2) complete Septic Systems to meet specified criteria 2. Extract the stump 3. At leaching field, fill around leaching rings with sandy gravel soil 4. Fill the area to required grade 5. Install sewer line and sanitary manhole 6. Fine grade and lawn operations This project is set-aside for 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS Code: 238910, Septic System Contractors with a size standard $15M. U.S. Dept. of Labor, Construction Wage Rate General Decision Number: NH170024 shall apply. The order of magnitude for this project is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The National Park Service, Northeast Region (NER), New England Major Acquisition Buying Office (NE-MABO), contemplates making an award to the responsible quoter whose quote is responsive to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price. The period of performance is detailed in the CLINs. Quoters must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management(SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award. Enter Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) here_______________. Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed prior to submitting a quote. An organized site visit is scheduled and details can be found in Section L, FAR 52.236-27, SITE VISIT.
