Description

Notice of Award NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD Contract Numbers: FA8057-17-C-0002, FA8057-17-C-0003, FA8057-17-C-0004, and FA8057-17-C-0005 The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) 771 st ESS/EGC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH awarded four C-type contracts for modular carpet tiles, roll goods (broadloom), and walk off carpet in organic, geometric, solid, and heathered patterns. The contracts were awarded to the following: •· Shaw Industries, Inc. (FA8057-17-C-0002), •· J+J Flooring Group (FA8057-17-C-0003), •· Mohawk Carpet Distribution, Inc. (FA8057-17-C-0004), and •· Commercial Marketing Associates (CMA), with Milliken Design, Inc. (FA8057-17-C-0005) The award date for these contracts was 19 July 2017 and the period of performance is 19 July 2017 through 18 July 2018 with the possibility of four option years that would run through 18 July 2022. In response to the solicitation this office received eight proposals. Award was made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offerors. The estimated spend for these contracts is $35M over five years. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
