Description

Solicitation Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SV0090-17 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326130. The requirement is a sole source to 3M. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three (3) year, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract.
