- FULL POSTING MAP GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:El Paso Delineated Area:(See delineated area description and map below) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,416 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,416 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. •Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. •A fully serviced lease is required. •Offered space shall not be in the 100 flood plain. •Offered space must be in one contiguous block. •Space offered must be in a building with a loading dock. Expression of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: (1)Name of owner; (2)Age of building; (3)Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; (4)Site plan depicting the building and parking; (5)Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; (6)Identification of on-site parking; (7)Address or described location of building; (8)Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; (9)FEMA map evidencing that the property lies outside the 100-year floodplain; (10)A narrative and map describing proximity of the building to the nearest bus and/or train stop, and major transportation routes; (11)Evidence of ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; and (12)Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building. This is the second advertisement for this procurement. If an expression of interest has already been submitted then another submission is unnecessary. The delineated area is described below: Beginning at the intersection of Montana Avenue and George Dieter Drive, proceed south on George Dieter Drive to I-10. Turn right on I-10 and proceed to Executive Center Boulevard. Turn right on Executive Center Boulevard and proceed to North Mesa Street. Turn right on North Mesa Street and proceed to East Robinson Avenue. Turn left on East Robinson Avenue and continue until it becomes Scenic Drive. Continue on Scenic Drive until it becomes Richmond Avenue. Continue on Richmond Avenue to Alabama Street. Turn left on Alabama Street and proceed to Altura Avenue. Turn right on Altura Avenue and proceed to Patriot Freeway (US-54). Turn right on Patriot Freeway (US-54) and proceed to Trowbridge Drive. Turn left on Trowbridge Drive and proceed to Montana Avenue. Turn left on Montana Avenue and proceed to George Dieter Drive.
