Description

Sole Source Justification Notice of Intent Notice of Intent The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to LinkedIn Corporation. The employer profile, allows PBGC to be promoted as an employer, communicate the work of the agency and establish its brand among the 500 million LinkedIn users. Additionally, the job slots provided allow PBGC to advertise mission critical and non-critical positions to active and passive qualified job seekers. LinkedIn Corporation must provide PBGC a Career Page to market and advertise PBGC as an organization and prospective employer among LinkedIn's member base, provide five (5) job slots that will be used to advertise critical and hard to recruit positions, and provide three (3) administrative accesses to allow PBGC to manage PBGC's profile and positions advertised. The period of performance is for a Base Period of twelve (12) months and two (2) twelve (12) month Option Periods. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Fiorela Kvalevog at Kvalevog.fiorela@pbgc.gov no later than August 18, 2017, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
