Description
17-Q-0082 RFQ Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA, intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract on a full and open basis for a VHF amplifier. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The VHF Amplifier is one of many components, mounted on a platform, operating within a single system. This requirement will order up to one (1) unit each with delivery being six (6) months after receipt of award with FOB Destination to China Lake, CA. The awardee must be able to meet the specified requirements for the procurement and shall provide one (1) VHF Amplifier in accordance with the purchase description. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES This requirement is for a VHF Amplifier. The minimum system requirements include: -Operating temperature- 0° to 50° C -Relative Humidity- 5% to 95% non-condensing -19" rack mountable -Ruggedized to MIL-STD-810F -Maximum Vertical Height of 32 inches -Maximum Weight of 450 lbs. -Ethernet FULL remote operation capability: RF On/Off, Standby command, Change of parameters, monitoring of system status, Reset fault. -Frequency Range 150 MHz to 225 MHz -Peak Power 70 DBm (10,000 Watts) -Max Pulse Width 650µs -Minimum Pulse Width 4µs -Duty Cycle 15% The proposals will be due no later than 09/01/2017 at 3pm Pacific Time. Any questions submitted after this time will not be answered. All pertinent questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation that will be posted on FedBizOpps. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency.
