- Amendment is forthcoming. Second Site Visit: Site visit will be held at building 52 downstairs conference room, Scott AFB IL on 18 August 2017 at 02:30pm CDT. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend this conference. Submit names of all site visit attendees to SSgt Jorge Alvarez at jorge.alvarez.7@us.af.mil no later than COB on 17 August 2017. This information must be provided in advance in order to access the military base/site visit. On the day of the site visit, it is highly recommended that you allow a minimum of 90 minutes to obtain your base passes and access onto the base.
