THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113. The Jesse Brown VA Medical Center has a need for brand name only GE physiologic monitor systems. The CARESCAPE Monitor B850/B650 / B450 are flexible, modular patient monitors available with department-specific software packages for post-anesthesia care, intensive care, emergency care, and neonatal/pediatric care. The software platform helps hospitals standardize patient monitoring systems across the enterprise, and directly links to the CARESCAPE portfolio of monitoring products including bedside devices, central station, and intra-hospital transport monitors as well as a variety of existing GE monitors and peripheral third-party devices. The software also uses the same algorhythms across both the enterprise patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology system. The CARESCAPE Patient monitors has multiple enhancements including touch screen display, color display to clearly identify parameters, additional modules availability. Specifications/salient characteristics: The systems communicate on a dedicated switched network configured to meet requirements set by GE Medical Systems. The devices in these areas consist of GE Solar 8000M, Dash 3000/4000/5000, Carescape B850, Solar 8000i, and GE Clinical Information Center (CIC) central stations. These devices communicate with each other on the dedicated physiologic monitoring network (Medical LAN) using GE network protocols. The Medical LAN also communicates to the GE Carescape Gateway Must be able to work with the BedMaster system. Must be fully compatible with the GE MUSE system All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Address. Reference the product, facility and sources sought number on all correspondence regarding this announcement. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Thursday, August 21, 2017.
