This is combined synopsis/solicitation, please see attached "Final RFP" document for complete details. The Food and Drug Administration intends to award sole source contracts to Indian Tribes for tobacco retail compliance check inspections. This action is in accordance with the Tobacco Control Act, Public Law 111-31, Section 103 (g)(2). Responses are due by September 17, 2017 at 1:00pm EST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of amendments. Hard copies will be provided to individuals eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Rehabilitation Act upon request. Responses to this notice must be sent via email to: brian.albanese@fda.hhs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.
