Description: Specifications Sources Sought The Contractor shall schedule preventative maintenance for the BASIS proxy systems. Service provides for access systems. Quarterly maintenance will include visual inspection of devices, walk-test of systems components, cleaning of the devices as needed and verification of communications link. Includes access to PNC Technical Assistance Center (TAC) 24x7 365 days and we are not entertaining new hardware.
