- Sources Sought Questionnaire CTEC Video Upgrade SOW The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in providing the material and labor to upgrade the display and distribution system employed within the Collaborative Test & Evaluation Center (CTEC) control room video wall in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The applicable Defense Priorities and Allocations system (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-C9. A site visit is scheduled for 13 September 2017 at 09:00 AM PST. Interested offerors are requested to submit Word Document FORM SECNAV5512/1 (APR 2014) via facsimile to (360) 396-7036 no later than 06 September 2017 to ensure badging is completed. List Cynthia Carlson as the sponsor in Block 25 of the form, telephone (360) 315-3157. Badging will be accomplished at the NUWC Keyport Pass & ID office. Interested offerors will be escorted to the building from this location. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC) REQUIREMENTS. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.
