- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to provide a qualified High-Speed Video Camera for the Naval Postgraduate School Ballistic Lab Physics Department. The camera must be capable of: Framing rates of 10 million frames/second with a minimum of 100 frames consecutive. Pixel resolution of 400 x 250 High-sensitivity FTCMOS2 with 32um pixels and 41% fill factor Nikon lense adapter 10 ns exposure time This procurement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate and identify qualified Business sources to determine what sources exist for the High-Speed Video Camera. The contractor must be able to provide a camera that meets the qualifications herein. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 334516. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. Contractors must identify if your firms is small, disabled vet, woman owned, SDB, 8a, or hub zone. Respondents shall provide information related to its High-Speed Video Camera, including specification. In addition, interested firms are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by providing the following: (1) name and address of applicant (corporate/principal office); (2) name, telephone and email address of point of contact; (3) NAICS and Cage Code; (4) contractor ™s technical capabilities statement; and (5) The contractor ™s technical capability of its High-Speed Video Camera. The Technical Capabilities statement should summarize the High-Speed Video Camera specifications and sources. Technical Capabilities will be evaluated on specifications and use.
