Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to the University of Chicago for the purchase of the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) data subscription services for the Policy, Research and Analysis Department (PRAD). We are requesting the following from University of Chicago: CRSP 1925 US Indices Database Monthly CRSP U.S. Treasury Database CRSP Survivor Bias-Free U.S. Mutual Fund Database This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Dan Swart at swart.dan@pbgc.gov no later than August 18, 2015, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
