Description

Limited Source Documentation Attached The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to establish a purchase order (PO) on a sole source basis with Epicor Software Corporation, 804 Las Cimas Parkway Austin, TX 78746, for Epicor Clientel Migration from Clientele CS7.203502 to ITSM 2016.2 and from SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2014. As well as migration of tables and creation of queries This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements detailed above and in the Limited Source Documentation may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
