Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation VA101V-17-Q-0414 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Dated 1/19/2017. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334310 and the Small Business Size limitation is 750 employees. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns that are registered and verified in the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ at the time date set for receipt of offers shall be considered for award. Offers from SDVOSB concerns that are not registered shall be rejected as non-responsive and shall not be considered for award. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables as described in the attached Statement of Work. A sample price schedule is attached: This format is not mandated, but is suggested. If another format is utilized, it must be similar. Description of Requirement See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace with new, all audio visual equipment in the atrium and in room 215 at the VBA Regional Office, St. Petersburg, FL, in strict accordance with the SOW. Performance Period: All work shall be completed within sixty (60) days after receipt of order. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, 9500 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL 33708-3915. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price as the only factor considered. If occupational diseases are not compensable under those statutes, they shall be covered under the employer's liability section of the insurance policy, except when contract operations are so commingled with a Contractor's commercial operations that it would not be practical to require this coverage. Employer's liability coverage of at least $100,000 is required, except in States with exclusive or monopolistic funds that do not permit workers' compensation to be written by private carriers. General Liability: $500,000.00 per occurrences. Automobile liability: $200,000.00 per person; $500,000.00 per occurrence and $20,000.00 property damage.
