Description

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Iron Bow Technologies. NAICS Code 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, This requirement is in direct support of the Telehealth program, and BPA VA119-15-A-0131 is mandatory. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
