- RFI Solicitation: SOL-OAA-17-000123 Subject: RFI Solicitation No: SOL-OAA-17-000123 Integrated Health Systems Improvement Program (IHSIP) - IDIQ USAID/Washington is contemplating an IDIQ award for Integrated Health Systems (IHS). This program would seek to enhance USAID's ability to implement health programs, globally, through the achievement of improved health systems performance. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for two purposes: 1.To solicit information, opinions and recommendations on approaches for the implementation of this activity from the industry; and 2.To solicit expressions of interest from the industry. USAID may revise the concept based on comments received, but it is not obligated to do so. This RFI is open for comments from any interested parties including Small Businesses, HUBZone firms, Service Disabled Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, and Small and Disadvantaged Small Businesses. All interested vendors (large and small) must submit the following information to Nathan Strand at IHSIP@usaid.gov. 1.Company/Organization Name; Phone Number and Website: 2.Company/Organization Street Address; City; State; Zip Code: 3.First and Last Name: 4.Position/Title: 5.DUNS Number: 6.Company/Organization Small Business Designation: 7.Primary NAICS Code: 8.Brief expression of interest (up to 1 page): 9.Comments related to the draft RFI Statement of Work: 10.Do you intend to be a prime contractor or a subcontractor? 11.Planned Teaming Partners? In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responding to this RFI does not give any advantage to any firm or organization in any subsequent competition. Responses will be held confidential. Proprietary information should not be submitted. The following provision is incorporated into this RFI in accordance with FAR 15.209(c): FAR 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of gathering information, opinions and recommendations to the draft Statement of Work and to solicit expressions of interest from industry.
