Description

Transportation Data IUID IUID IUID AFMC 158/Packaging Solicitation SOLICITATION FA8517-17-R-0016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8517-17-R-0016. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. Justification for Sole Source Only: This requirement will be solicited under "Other Than Full and Open Competition" to PD Systems, Inc. This company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these NSNs and is the only source capable of providing tested and approved Extractor Fuse Holder Assembly, Left Pole and Right Pole Fuse Assemblies/NSNs as identified. Proposals from other authorized resellers or vendors of PD Systems, Inc. will also be considered.
