- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F6FGAC7166AW01, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334290 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - ALUMA Model TM 51-20LT trailer or equal with ALUMA Model T-75XHD antenna tower or equal. This requirement is for a commercial, all weather trailer with a 70-75' extra heavy duty, guyed, telescoping, aluminum tower capable of operation in at least 70 mph winds, and accessories to include outriggers, battery operated DC winch for erecting/stowing, cable guide rings, shore power hookup, large aluminum tool box, spare tire, antenna standoff w/ 6f horizontal separation, grounding kit, cable storage reel, guy/anchor kit, and tower light kit. The trailer shall be capable of being towed by a standard commercial 2 5/16" ball hitch or standard DoD pintle. It shall be capable of supporting and trailering at least 2000lbs of additional equipment and have a leveling jack system allowing for deployment on up to a 5 percent slope. The trailer combination shall comply with all applicable Federal and State Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, Society of Automotive Engineering Standards, and National Electric Code Regulations. Fabrication and assembly shall adhere to proven practices standard in the industry. The tower shall also comply with industry regulations governing its safe use and application. All quotes must be sent to MSgt Eric M. Hoss at eric.m.hoss.mil@mail.mil. Quotes are required to be received no later than 1:00 PM, EST, on September 8, 2017. Quotes should be on company letterhead, include the company CAGE Code, reference the items outlined in CLIN 0001 with one total price and acknowledge that delivery is 90 days after date of contract (ADC) on the quote, or indicate delivery timeframe required if different than 90 days ADC. All items being offered shall be compliant with the Buy American Act (BAA), and the quote shall acknowledge that all items being offered are BAA compliant. The quote shall include the manufacturer's warranty, and no other terms or conditions other than what is specified in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quote shall be valid until September 30, 2017. Product specification data (spec. sheets or cut sheets) shall be included with the quote, providing enough information for a determination to be made on the capabilities and adequacy of the products being offered. Shipping shall be free on board (FOB), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to acceptance at the specified destination. Payment will be EFT and payment and invoicing will be through WAWF. Vendor shall be registered in www.wawf.eb.mil prior to submitting quote.
